   Yes, you can register a company being a foreign person, and that company can operate in the United States.

6. Do I have to pay taxes when I sell my house?
   
   If it is your main home and you (and your spouse if you are filing as Married filing joint) have lived in it for more than two years:
   
   
   • Filing as Single: the first two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00) of profit are exempt.
     
     
   • Filing as Married filing joint: the first five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) of profit are exempt.
